He was born in Houston, Texas on October 1, 1960. Robert graduated from Reagan High School. He had a passion for music, art, photography, cycling, history, and Vietnamese food.
He is survived by his daughter; Cori Lopez Thompson, son-in-law, Matthew Thompson and grandchildren; Noah and Asaiah Thompson, his brother, Abel Lopez Jr and Beloved Sister Elizabeth Stephens and Nephew, Nathan Stephens.
A visitation for Robert will be held Monday, March 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003, followed by a service at 7:00 PM.
