Robert L. Odom Jr, 62 of Porter, Texas went home to be with his Lord on the 28th of May 2014. Robert served his community where he worked at Odom Manufacturing for 35 years, also serving as a volunteer fireman, reserved deputy sheriff, and later in life, volunteering at The Little Country Church. He enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing and being outdoors. Robert was born on the 3rd of July 1951 in Highland Park, Michigan and is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Odom, his mother, Betty M. Odom, one son, Robert R. Odom and wife Brandy, one daughter Rebecca Odom, two grandchildren, Jadyn and Tylar Odom, three sisters, Terri and husband Don Morris, Ellen and husband Gene Ely, Sue and husband Mike Smith, three stepchildren, Gary, Krystle and Ryan Renfrow, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, dear friends and family of TLCC. Preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Odom Sr.
