Dortha and family, I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing.  May your memories together carry you through this difficult time.  Take time to grieve and know that you will see him again in God's time.  God is good!

Robert lived a full and joyous life.  I will miss him dearly.  To my siser, he loved you so much and remember that he will be forever in our hearts. Love you. Your baby sister, Donna.

Robert was a sweet man and one of the smartest men around.  I wish my dad had known him so they could have shared Gulf Oil stories.  Robert will be missed by so many! Rest in Peace Bobby Poore. I will always have fond memories of our time working on the Chevron-Gulf merger in 1985. Also, the many visits with you and Dortha when in New Orleans and of course fishing in Rockport, TX.

A very nice obituary, I remember working on most of the projects you mentioned.  Bob was a very special leader and Gulf was out in front in Computer Communications because of his vision and drive.  I have many good memories of him.
