

Robert graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. degree in Finance. He started his career at First City Bank, moved to Merrill Lynch, most recently serving as a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
A native Houstonian, Robert was a life member of both the Sons of the Republic of Texas and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where he served more than 20 years on the Breeders Greeters Committee. He was a nationally-ranked triathlete who had a passion for the outdoors, surfing, hunting, water sports, and especially for his family.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Charles Woodrow Reese. He is survived by his loving wife, Amber Hutchison Reese; his two daughters, Ashleigh Renee and Natalie Alyssa; his mother, Mary Ruth Reese; his brothers, Charles W. Reese, Jr., J. Richard Reese and J. William Reese; his sister, Mary Ann Richie; and their families.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o'clock this afternoon until eight o'clock this evening, Thursday, the 21st of November, in the library and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
A memorial service celebrating Mr. Reese's life is to be conducted at two o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 22nd of November, at St. Martin's Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Road in Houston, where the Rev. Martin J. Bastian, Senior Associate Rector for Pastoral Care, and the Rev. Stuart A. Bates, Rector, St. Francis Episcopal Church, are to officiate.
Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent Bagby Parish Hall.
Prior to the service, the family is to have gathered for a private entombment service at the Memorial Mission Mausoleum at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
