Robert F. Spillman

Robert Frederick Spillman, 87, joined Heaven’s Family August 6, 2013. Born in Little Rock, AR., July 16, 1926 to E. James (Jimmy) Spillman Sr. and Emma Seamon. He spent many happy summers on the farm with Seamon grandparents; Married Sophia Doris McLure in 1944 and started a family, then moved his family to Houston in 1950, soon after he was drafted into the Army discharged in 1955. He started a business as Interior Paper Contractor. He and his wife retired and moved to their lake home in Livingston.

Robert is survived by his brother E.J. (Jim) Spillman, Jr., children Bobbie Lewis (Donald), Judy Smith (Richard),

Robert (Rick) Spillman, Jr. (Linda). 8 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 2 great great grand children, nieces, nephews and cousins

Preceded in death by his wife Sophia Spillman, parents Jimmy and Emma Spillman, Sister Shirley Lowery, and many loved relatives.

Visitation will be held Friday the 9th from 5pm to 8pm at Pat H. Foley funeral home. Services will be held 10am on Saturday Aug. 10th at the Chapel of Pat H. Foley. Interment will follow at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery Hwy 59 at Lauder.
