Robert Scott Wilson

Robert was born on the 1st of July 1992. He graduated in May of 2011 from Stratford High School, where he was a four year letterman in Lacrosse and was selected to play three years for Team Texas. Robert planned to attend Sam Houston State University and play Lacrosse for the Bearkats. He had a passion for lacrosse and was a member of the Spartan Lacrosse Club. Robert never knew a stranger, as he made friends wherever he went. Robert had a heart of gold and truly loved everyone he came in contact with.

Robert was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, E. Leon and Pauletta J. Wilson. He is survived by his parents, Tommy Wilson and Chrissy Wilson; his sister and brother-in-law, Kimberly and Brian Bradshaw; his brother, Greg; his sister, Kelly; his grandparents Dick M. and Glenda Jennison; his aunt and uncle, Kathy and David Barbee; his aunt and uncle, Trish and Mitch Callis; and his cousins, Kenneth and Kevin Callis.

Friends are cordially invited to gather with the family and share remembrances of Robert from five o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, the 7th of February, in the Grand Foyer of Geo. H. Lewis, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.

The memorial service is to be conducted at half-past noon on Wednesday, the 8th of February, in the Sanctuary of Chapelwood United Methodist Church, 11140 Greenbay Street in Houston, where Dr. Jim Jackson, Senior Pastor, is to officiate. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent Fellowship Hall.
