

Rodolfo Baron, age 92, passed away September 27, 2021. Rodolfo was born in Rosa, Province of Vicenza, Italy on June 3, 1929 to Emilio Baron and Christina Giollo. Rodolfo is predeceased by his parents Emilio and Christina, wife Nina, and two brothers, Aldo and Deino Baron.
Rodolfo was widowed by his wife Nina Ulisse in 2004, they were married for 47 years. Rodolfo is survived by three children, Emilio (Nancy), Rudolph, and Stefania (William) Paskins. Devoted grandfather of: Giovanni, Julia, Angela, Chiara, and Gabriel. He worked as a bricklayer and followed his two brothers to the United States in the early 1950s. He met his wife, Nina Ulisse, in Detroit, Michigan where they were married in 1957. He worked in construction before going to work at Ford Motor Company as a bricklayer, where he worked for 25 years before retiring. In Michigan, he continued on with traditions from the old country making his own wine, salami, sausage and prosciutto every year. He loved to garden and cook, and especially enjoyed entertaining and being surrounded by family and friends. He was a generous man, and was loved by many. He reciprocated that love in the many acts of kindness and giving of himself to those in need.
He was a man of great faith; a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, and a loving and caring friend to many. We will miss his love, passion, enthusiasm, inspiration, and generous spirit that he spread to all that knew him.
