Very saddened to hear about Roger's sudden passing. We knew Roger as a loyal and devoted husband to Eveleana, a charming individual and a great West University Place neighbor. The years and the winds of change have gotten in the way of good intentions to see Roger and Eveleana again, making the sad news all the more bitter. Another reminder of the fleeting nature of life in a year when such is not needed.

Eveleana, we just heard about your great loss.  Juanita and I know that your family is far away but hopefully you are with friends during this very trying time.

We both loved and respected Roger.  He was always so kind and treated everyone with respect and dignity.  We loved the way he was so kind and considerate of you.  He will be missed.

Dear Eveleana,
I heard the sad news of Roger’s passing a few minutes ago. I am terribly sorry. I know words do not mean much right now but please know that you are  in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. 
I remember how devoted you were to each other and I understand what a great loss this is for you; my heart bleeds for you. Roger was a kind man with a great sense of humor and I know he will be missed by many.
