

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald “Ronnie” Pamilar, who passed away on June 5, 2026, at the age of 56.
Ronnie was born on September 4, 1969, in Houston, Texas. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, family member, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of many.
Ronnie was the devoted and loving husband of Glenda Pamilar, with whom he shared many years of love, friendship, and life together. He was the loving father of Ryan Pamilar, whom he cherished beyond measure. Some of Ronnie’s happiest moments were spent with Ryan, and the bond they shared was one of the greatest joys of his life.
Ronnie was the beloved son of Rolando and Julieta Pamilar and a beloved brother to Rhollie Pamilar.
Ronnie genuinely loved people. He had a gift for building friendships, making others feel welcome, and bringing people together. His generosity, sense of humor, and caring spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Ronnie spent many years working for Graybar in Stafford, Texas, where he built lasting friendships with coworkers and customers alike. After retiring several years ago, he greatly enjoyed his early retirement, spending time with family and friends and staying connected with the people who were important to him. He continued to periodically visit his former coworkers, a reflection of the relationships he treasured throughout his life.
Ronnie had a lifelong passion for toys, comics, science fiction, and collecting. He was an active member of the collector community and enjoyed attending conventions such as Comicpalooza, where he spent time with friends who shared his interests. He was also involved with Star Trek fan groups and found great joy in the friendships, conversations, and adventures that grew from these communities.
Ronnie was a creative spirit with a love for music, humor, and storytelling. He pursued higher education and earned an associate degree, reflecting his commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning. In recent years, he enjoyed creating and sharing musical, comedic, and imaginative videos with family and friends through social media. He was always exploring new ideas and often collaborated with others, including helping his brother Rhollie develop musical concepts and creative projects.
His creativity extended into every part of his life. During his years with Graybar, Ronnie became known for designing imaginative costumes for workplace celebrations and holiday events. Halloween was a particular favorite, and each year he looked forward to challenging himself to create something even more memorable than the year before. Through his creativity, imagination, and sense of fun, he brought joy and laughter to those around him.
Ronnie was also an animal lover who cared deeply for his pets. He adored his cat, Rama, and took great pride in caring for Gamera, a turtle given to him by his brother in 2006 that remains a living reminder of their bond.
In recent years, Ronnie renewed and strengthened relationships with family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Those who shared time with him during this season of his life will remember his warmth, creativity, humor, and the genuine joy he found in reconnecting with the people he loved.
Though Ronnie’s passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family and friends, his memory will continue to live on through the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the countless memories created with those he loved.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
