Ronald Wayne Ratliff went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2019. He was born on February 7, 1947 in Canton, Ohio to parents Virgil and Mary Ellen. Ron served in the United States Marine Corps and was a decorated Vietnam Veteran. Ron Later worked as a graphic artist and sign painter and produced countless works of fine art.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Donna of 53 years, his three children Lisa Ratliff, Colleen Whitley and husband Kevin, Brock Ratliff and wife Shelli; four grandchildren, Nathan Ratliff, Ian Ratliff, Kaelin Whitley, Christian Whitley and sister Debbie Conklin; nephew, Scott Manning; nieces, Dyanna Black and Jayna Witt; a host of other family and friends also survive.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM with funeral service immediately following at 2:30 PM, in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039
