Ronald "Ronnie" Lynn Raspberry

Ronald “Ronnie” Lynn Raspberry, born August 14, 1941 went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 8, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Ruth Raspberry; brother, Buddy; sister, Carol and daughters, Rhonda and Robyn. Ronald will be greatly missed by his wife, Roycie Raspberry, daughters, Sheila Bruner and husband Jim, Sheri Morris and husband Wayne; sons, Ronnie Raspberry Jr. and Clifton Raspberry; grandchildren, Joshua Bruner, Jonathan Bruner and wife Justi, Dr. Kirra Guidry Randolph and husband Charles, Jared Trochesset and wife Ashlee, Shantel Cross, Samantha Landry Odom, Ashley Morris, Hunter Morris; great grandchildren, Teig Randolph, Tyler Randolph, Kylie Trochesset, Rayne Randolph, Kaydence Trochesset, Payton Bruner, Blaine Odom, Haley Durbin, Brooke Bruner, Breanna Durbin, Blake Trochesset; sister, Earlene Bauer and husband John; mother-in-law, Marlene Haas; brothers-in-law, Scott Martin and wife Ann, Dwayne Martin and wife Debbie and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Ronnie was the Business Manager of I.B.E.W., Local Union 716 for 15years. He was Executive Secretary of the Houston Gulf Coast Building and Construction Trades Council for 23 years. Ronnie has been employed by the Law Firm of Williams, KherKher, Hart and Boundas, LLP as Labor Relations Director since January 1, 1989.

A Celebration of Life for Ronnie Raspberry will begin at 2:00 pm Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Double Tree by Hilton, SW Grand Ball Room, Houston Hobby Airport, 8181 Airport Blvd. Houston TX. 77061. Flowers may be sent to Brookside Funeral Home on Saturday 4-13-2013 or a charitable donation may be made to Vita-Living, Inc., 3300 S. Gessner #150, Houston TX 77063 in memory of Ronnie.
