Roosevelt (Tata) Francis was born in Kingston, Jamaica, December 31, 1949. He is the second of six children born to George and Carneta Francis. He worked as an Electrician for over 20 years until God called him home June 29, 2016. Preceded by loving daughters Nadeen Christine Francis, Sophia Renae Francis, and Nickeysha Francis, mother Carneta Francis, friend Sheila Muhammad, sisters Marcia Francis Wilson, Curline Reittie, Audrine Krueger, Rose-Marie Gardner, and Hillary LeDay. He also leaves to cherish his laughter and memories with a host of nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
