Rosalie Hormberg was such a kind and thoughtful person. I always will keep the birthday card she sent me, with the word of God, which is always comforting. I will greatly miss our phone calls. And He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes and there shall no longer be any death, there shall no longer be any mourning, or crying,or pain; the first things have passed away. Rev 21:4

I met Rosie in Kansas City, MO, where she had a small bible study composed of women. I belonged to the church Rosie did then as I recall. She and I became friends and also my children, 2 boys and one daughter were friends w her children. As the studies went on, I was asked to help in the Bible ministry by mailing out bible cassettes to people who ordered them. As time went on we all moved to Houston Texas to go to the Bible church where our pastor was teaching. After a few years my 3 children and I moved back to Missouri where I grew up. Since that time, we attend another bible church in
Columbia, Missouri .

I will always treasure the memories of my friendship w Rosie . She was a gracious lady and so helpful to me and my 3 children.

Sincerely ,

Susan Early and my children, Jeff, Jennifer and Greg.

I will miss Rosalie.. she and I, along with my dog, shared walks a lot of days. She was a real inspiration to me and to all who knew her. Her Christianity was her personality. She always shined the light of Christ.
May God provide peace and comfort to each of you.

I’m so sorry to learn of Rosalie’s passing. I always enjoyed visiting with her when I ran into her walking in the neighborhood. She was a kind and sweet lady. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Rosalie was the first of our neighbors to warmly welcome us to the neighborhood as she walked by our house as we were moving in two years ago. She faithfully prayed for our terminally ill Mom who lived with us until she died in February of this year. Rosalie was a light for the Lord in our community and we will miss her presence.
