Rose Ross

She was born in Houston on August 11, 1938, to George and Hazel Davis. Rose attended and graduated from Jefferson High School and would retire from Boyce Engineering Company.

She met and married Anderson Ross, Jr. To this union a daughter and son was born.

On the day and year, she departed this life she was preceded in death by her husband, Anderson Ross, Jr. and her two children, Veronica Ann Jones and Christopher Eddie Ross.

She leaves to mourn three grandchildren, Holly Nachelle, Curtis Jones, and Hollis Jones; six great-grandchildren, Gabriel Smith, Kiana Jones, Curtis Christopher Jones, Christian Jones, Hollis Christopher Jones IV, and Haven Jones; one sister, Dorothy Cormier and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation for Rose will be held Friday, April 4, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. A committal will occur Monday, April 7, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
