I can’t believe it’s been a year. Dream about you almost every night. Wonder if you’re trying to tell me something. I want to pick up the phone and call you or waiting for you to call me so wish I would’ve been in Houston so I could’ve been there with you. We went through our rough spots, but we had a wonderful life together and I truly believe we may have been gonna get it back together after I lost Alan. You always have that place in my heart, and I have so many wonderful memories that no one can take away. Love you, Roy

Well, my Love we laid your body to rest today & all know you were in your Heavenly home. Randy, Angela & your girl Brianna was there with her husband. My boys & Angela loved you so much & my granddaughters. You were so good to us! I wanted to thank your family from the bottom of my heart for including me in everything today. It felt so wonderful to be thought of with such love! Give Alan a kiss for me. One of your sons is with you. So the service you had was very nice & all those that loved you were there to see you off. Freddie did so good I know you are proud. Sleep with the Angels! Thank you for coming back into my life!💞💕

We had so many wonderful memories. Adolph , Mary Ann , Roy & I. Our trip to Istaba the lake house, many many dances, trips out of town trips to the valley so many I can’t even name them all! We were always there for each other, the four of us and only one house between ours.

My sweet love, I remember the day we met it was in Church in Mercedes we both looked at each other And fell in love at the early age of 17 And even though My parents move me away. You were always in my heart all these years and me in yours when we saw each other again, you said I’ve been waiting for you my love all these years even though we were together for only a short time, it will always live in my heart you were the kindest man I had ever met and your laugh that wonderful laugh I can still hear it and feel it in my heart I wish I lived closer to you I would have been there every day with you forgive me my love 😭 the

Not just a Friend or Brother but a father, a mentor, someone who never gave up believing in someone like me to become something better in life.

I know you are resting however this is super heartbreaking. We have so many beautiful memories from our years together & after Alan passed. So much fun at Millers Outdoor Theater (our sides were hurting we laughed so hard) we had many good years together that live in my heart. You were such a Blessing to me when Alan passed away. Give him my love & all of our love ones who were there to meet you & Nancy just ahead of you. You were such a caring,  giving man & everyone loved you. I know you loved my boys, granddaughters, great grandchildren. Your words the night we met were can I dance with a grandma cause Ashley was born the night we met & I was saying I am a grandma!
