Roy Carlton Lambert went to be with his Lord on August 19, 2017. He was born on November 29, 1961 in Houston, Texas to parents Clyde Freeman and Mary Ruth Lambert. Roy worked for Harris County Pct 4 for over 20 years. Roy was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ruth Lambert; and son, Jeremy Lambert.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Donna Lynn Lambert; two children, Alicia Garcia and husband Robert, Matthew Lambert; father, Clyde F. Lambert; two siblings, Clyde Lambert and wife Nancy, Jean Krzywdzinski and husband Gary; granddaughter, Julianne Garcia as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends that he loved very much. Roy will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM; and a funeral service Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
