Roy Medel, born June 14, 1932 passed away December 13, 2010. He is preceded in death by his wife Horencia G. Medel and son, Manuel Medel. He will be greatly missed by his children: Rosemary Rosalez and husband Luis, Robert Medel and wife Leticia, and David Medel; grandchildren: Melissa Manzanarez, Christopher Rosalez, Robert Medel Jr., Jennifer Medel, Roy Medel, Manuel Medel Jr., Maria Medel, David Medel Jr and Kristina Medel, 1 brother; 1 sister; along with nieces, nephews and family and friends. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until 9pm, Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Brookside Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00am Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Holy Name Church, 1920 Marion St, Houston, TX 77009. Rite of burial wil be at Brookside Memorial Park.
