Ruth and I talked on the phone several times last month about when we would be able to have monthly ladies lunches again and about how all of us were getting along while sheltering at home. She planned to hold off on working at the thrift shop, but she wanted to stay in touch with all her friends. She will be missed, but her memory will always bring a smile because you just can't picture Ruth without a smile.

We are so sorry to hear about Ruth. She was always so sweet to our family and every time we saw her, she had the most infectious smile. We never left a conversation with her without having a smile on our faces too! We are praying for peace, strength, and comfort for all her family.

Dear Ruth’s family,
I am heartbroken to hear of Ruth’s passing. She was always a delight to be around and always a help to our church and a friend to everyone. I usually saw Ruth at the 8 am service with son, Tim. I sat directly behind them. We always shared “peace”. She came to our fellowship dinners. I guess the good Lord knew she was a good servant. I will miss her.

Dearest Tim, Diane, Michael and family,

Ruth was one of my favorite people in the world. She was always up and always had a smile on her face.

I'll never forgot one October when Ruth and my mom were selling pumpkins at the church. They were bundled up like Eskimos because it was 25 degrees outside!

Ruth loved her family, especially her grands!
