A. Ruth Burns born March 25, 1926 went to be with the Lord on Nov. 19,2013. She was an inspiration to all and touched many lives. She could always be counted on for a smile and good conversation (and a great game of 42). Aunt Ruth never could wait to give gifts, but hoped you’d wait until the right day to open them! She was a great fan of Astros baseball, books, Shirley Temple movies, and Westerns. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, silblings, and parents. She is survived by her nieces and nephew, their families and friends. She was remarkable and will be greatly missed.
