Ruth Gonyer Rushing 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior August 15, 2012 in Edmond, OK after suffering with Alzheimer's for 11 years. She is preceded in death by her son Ivan Gonyer. She is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara Gonyer Brown of Edmond, OK and daughter in law, Gwen Gonyer of Sealy, TX; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous other family members. Ruth was employed at Walker Nursery and Garden Shop for 40 years and was a life long member of the Lutheran Church. A graveside service will be held at 10 am August 20, 2012 at Sealy Cemetery in Sealy, TX.
