The Craig’s were are in neighbors in the late seventies. To me, she was larger than life!
She would come to our Bleyl Middle School football games shaking a cow bell, yelling and screaming, making a scene in the stands. Having fun, loving life. She was the Brahma Mama.
I thought she was hysterical but at the same time had deep emotions. I once saw her cry when she played the song. You were always on my mind by Elvis Presley, She told me about her ex husband and how he told her that the song was his song to her. It was just a memory that I have of a young girl who just liked hanging around her. Over 40 years later. To this day, I always think of Mrs, Craig when I hear that song, God Bless you Mrs. Craig. Go in peace.

I still to this day.
