Sandra Johnson Fain, age 70, of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday November 15, 2018. Sandra was born August 20, 1948 in Madisonville, Texas. Sandra grew up in the Houston area and attended Aldine High School and North Harris Community College where she received her cosmetology license. Sandra later started her employment in many retail stores, and as a cosmetologist, followed by a lengthy employment at BFI and lastly at Gold Star Metals as a logistics manager.
Sandra was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Sandra had a passion for her family especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved bowling in her spare time and playing with her dogs. To all that came in touch with Sandra she will be truly missed.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Ronnie Fain; daughters Shelley Marie Kucharski and husband Jon, Monica Deann Escobedo and husband Jay, grandchildren Ashley Kucharski, Kristina and husband Adam Frazier, Kaylee and husband Jorge Zarate, Jacob Kucharski and wife Hope, Joshua Baldridge, Troy Baldridge and girlfriend Megan, great grandchildren Jaden, Daniel, Ashton, Roman, Angel, Nathaniel, Jeremiah, Hannah, Sawyer, Lillian, Jaxson, Thaddeus, Aurora, sisters Betty Jean Chandler and Brenda Sue Johnson and brothers Melvin Ray Johnson and wife Linda, Joe Leon Johnson and wife Loretta, Michael Earl Johnson and wife Ida and numerous nieces, nephews and treasured family members.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Florence Johnson, daughter Tina Fridel, brother Billy Wayne Johnson and nephew Christopher Johnson, brothers in law Larry Chandler, Ronnie Crawford.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Brookside Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm the funeral service will follow at 2:30 pm at Brookside Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel. The committal service will follow at Brookside Memorial Park. The family would also like to send a special thanks to friends, co workers and family for helping in there time of need.
