Sharon Denise Hall, a devoted and kind-hearted woman known for her generosity and wisdom, passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on May 9, 1957, in Houston, Texas, Sharon spent her entire life in the city she loved.
Sharon was a devoted wife to her loving husband, Herman Hall. They married when she was just seventeen and recently celebrated fifty-one years of marriage. Together, they raised their family in Houston, Texas, instilling values of faith and love in their children.
A woman of deep faith, Sharon, alongside Herman, founded The House of Prayer Church in Arlington, Texas. Although they eventually closed their church, their commitment to their faith continued as they became active members of the Potters House Church in Dallas, Texas.
Sharon was a devoted mother to her daughter Judith Hall, and sons Samuel Hall and Isreal Hall. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with her nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Sharon's sister, Lisa Waddle, survives her, while she was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond, Jerome and Anthony Waddle.
In her personal life, Sharon was known for her humor and kindness. She adored her God, family, and her devoted pets, often spending her time cooking delicious meals and maintaining a warm and welcoming home for her loved ones.
A visitation will be held at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, 7010 Chetwood, Houston, TX, on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A committal service will follow at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 10:30 am.
Sharon Denise Hall will be remembered for her faithful spirit, her generous heart, and the wise and humorous way she touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will continue to inspire her family and friends.
