Her passion was dancing. She taught dance for over thirty years to children and adults alike as the Director of Spring Branch Independent School District Dance Program. She was an extremely hard worker as she also had a full time job in property management.
She grew up in Beaumont, Texas and spent the rest of her life in Houston. She was an active member of St. Francis Episcopal Church.
She is survived by two sons, John J. Kelley II (and wife Adrienne), and Christopher Collins; her mother Betty Hartman; and brother Rick Hartman.
The funeral service will be held at 4pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home in Houston with Rev. Stuart Bates, officiating. Visitation will begin at 1pm.
