I didn't know my aunt candy very well for she lived so far away. but I do remember a few things about her that I'd like to thank her for today. I remember when I was about 12 or 13 she came for a visit, my aunt candy always liked using big words which I never understood, so I'd ask her what it meant. She would say well my dear, here u go and handed me a book called (the dictionary) and said if u want to know,  its in here look it up. Grrrrr it frustrated me so much and made me mad at her, but back then I didn't understand why she did it, today as an adult I understand why because knowledge is power and its better to be able to find something on your own than it is to always have to depend on someone for the answer. Today as an adult and a mother I find myself doing exactly what she did to me. LOL I love u aunt candy and I thank u for teaching me so many valuable lessons. U will truly truly be missed and I will always Cary u in my heart.

While my heart is heavy, and I miss her dearly every day, I know in my heart of hearts that Candy is looking down on all of us from heaven. She was the most selfless, giving and loving person that I have ever known, besides my own mother. She took me under her wing,when I was just 19 years old, and never let go.  She left such an unforgetable and everlasting watermark on not only me, but anyone who was fortunate enough to walk into her life's path.  I love you, Candy and I will be eternally grateful for the never ending love and advise that you gave to me and for helping me raise my children. I am so blessed, for having met you. I look forward to the day when we meet again at heaven's gate.

We were in the right place at the right time to know Candy and become part of her life.  She made us laugh, roll our eyes, forget our troubles, turn a deaf ear, walk away without her, shake our heads in amazement and feel incredibly blessed to be her friend. She will be missed. God's blessing to her family whom she loved deeply.

To Sissy's Family,
Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Sissy was our cousin and were so sad to hear of her illness and death.  She was always sweet and kind. She had a strong faith in God and I know he has taken her from us because he had a special place for her in heaven.  I was able to talk to Sissy before she passed and she was so very thankful for her family and the love and support everyone gave her.  Dani you were her so dedicated to her and she loved you so much.  She spoke to me of her love for Bobby.  She was so proud of him and her grandson.  God's Blessing to all of you. There are no words to express the loss we have experienced sence she has passed. She will forever live in our hearts and we will cherish every memory that we have of her. Gone from earth now but living on in Heaven and our hearts for enternity. Thanks to everyone for the love and support.

Candy was a loved member of our church family.  She was devoted to the youth and children of the church.  Candy taught Sunday School & Vacation Bible School,   She led Youth & Children's time during worship on Sunday mornings.  Candy was more than a friend.  She was family and will be deeply missed.    We find comfort in knowing she is with our Lord and Savior.   Congregation of Genoa United Methodist Church.

Candy was a wonderful woman.We worked together at the Navy Regional Finance Center in San Diego California when we were Navy Waves.I still remember lots of fun times with Candy and the office gang.She will be remembered fondly as always. I wish to express my condolences to her family and friends and God Bless You.
