Sidney was born in Golden, CO to David and Helen Johnston on 8/2/31. He married Doris Hock on 2/15/58 in Wichita, KS. He graduated from Colorado School of Mines. He worked as a Geological Engineer.
He was involved in Boy Scouts, Sharpstown Civics Assoc, Christ The King Lutheran Church.
Sidney will be remembered as a gentle man who was devoted to his wife and son.
Sidney is preceded in death by brother David, sister Bonnie, wife Doris.
Sidney is survived by his son, Alan and grandson, Jacob.
