Souad Khabbaz Asmar passed away December 10, 2013. She was born in December 18, 1927 to the late Naji Khabbaz and Karima Haddad and was married to the late Suleiman Asmar. Souad is survived by her daughters Hoda Asmar Kawas and husband Bahij Kawas, and Lina Asmar, and son Ghassan Asmar, and by her grandchildren John Kantarjian, Sami Kawas, Tamer Kawas, and Karen Krystel Kawas, and by her eldest brother Fouad Khabbaz.
Her service will be Saturday, December 14, 1 p.m. at Our Lady of the Cedars Maronite Catholic Church, 11935 Bellfort Village Dr. Houston, TX, 77031. The condolences will be received in the Hall of the church. The burial will be at 3 pm at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX, 77077
