Steve was a wonderful son, brother, and father. He will truly be missed. Steve attended Smiley High School. He had many job trades. He enjoyed welding. His true love was art. Steve was very talented. He really enjoyed working side by side with his brother, Kenneth.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Doris Miley; his sister, Lajena Miley; and his brother, Kenneth Miley.
Stephen is survived by his daughter, Angela Sosa; his grandsons, Giovanni and Christian; his granddaughter, Desiree; and his sisters, Marlena Lea, Jennifer Jenkins, Mary Jo Heavin, Jerri Miley, and Ruby Miley. He will truly be missed.
