Steve Martinez

Steve is survived by his wife Sylvia Martinez, son Steve Martinez Jr., and daughter Stephanie Martinez. He cherished his role as a grandfather to Baby Jesse Roland Pinales. Steve is also survived by his brothers Armando Martinez and Ruben Martinez, along with multiple nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Martin Martinez and Francis B. Martinez along with sister Rachelle Elizabeth Martinez, brothers Nathaniel Martinez, Daniel Martinez, granddaughter Aiyanna Giselle Pinales.

Steve was born in Tulare, California but lived his whole life as a Houstonian. He took great pride in being a huge Houston Texans fan and was always real quick to debate why the Texans were a better Texas team over the Cowboys, especially with his brother Nate. Man. it was always fun to hear those two go at it about football.

A final viewing for family and friends will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, followed by a service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Steve's kindness, warmth, and love for his family and friends will always be remembered. He touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed.
