Sylvia is survived by her son Arturo Aguilar Jr; her son Mario Solis; and her son Andrew Solis; her mother Maria Ordaz; her father David Solis and her step-dad Juan Ordaz; her brother Joe Ordaz, her sister Maria Mora and her sister Ruby Villasana; her grandaughter Layla Solis and her grandaughter Catylina Solis.
A visitation for Sylvia will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A rosary will occur Monday, August 16, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Assumption Catholic Church, 901 Roselane St, Houston, TX 77037. A commital service will occur Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Historic Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009.
Serving as pallbearers are Andrew Solis, Mario Solis, Arturo Aguilar Jr., Hector Duenez Jr., Kristopher Calamaco, Angel Mora and Victor Mora .
