She graduated from Sakura High School and Sakura Accounting Trade School. She was married to Joseph R. (Bob) Bowman on Nov 7, 1964. She leaves two sons, Wade and Ken, 4 grandchildren and 2 sisters.
She will always be remembered for her selfless devotion to family.
A celebration of life for Taka will be held Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A cremation will occur.
