Uncle Teddy was my favorite uncle and one of the best father figures I’ve had growing up. He always showed me true unconditional love and never judged me. I will never forget the precious time we’ve spent together, especially our countless nights of drinking hot tea. I still drink tea EVERY night because of you. I’m so happy that I had the opportunity to see you recently and most of all introduce you to the love of my life, Anthony.......your fellow Marine Devil Dog. Anthony was so honored to be in your presence and officially meet you. A piece of my heart is destroyed since you’ve left us but I know you’ll watch over me from heaven and protect me spiritually until we unite again. Love always, YOUR NEEKIE! 

To my dear cousin Thia, continue to stay strong and know that your family is always here to lift you up. For many, he was “Uncle Teddy” but he was MY godfather and I was his “godchild” or “Frank Frank”! I loved him dearly!! He was so good to me, treated me and my siblings like we were his own kids. I’m nearly 50 years old and he still sent me birthday packages every year - after I told him dozens of times to stop LOL! 
More importantly, he was a true father figure to me. Uncle Teddy was there for all of my achievements and life’s major moments and I’ll never forget that. I am so glad I had the chance to tell him that I loved him - just a couple weeks before he passed away.  While I will miss chatting with him, I’m happy he’s no longer in pain!  And, I can be nothing but grateful to have another angel watching over me.

Well Mr.Sorina or PopPop as I call him basically adopted me a few years ago and that stubborn Marine will truly be missed. I remember when I would be on the phone with Thia, I  could hear him giving the politicians the what for while watching the news as only he could. Semper fi and rest easy Marine.💜💜❤❤💙💙

Fathers protect, gently guide with a firm hand, and secretly hold you up from behind while encouraging  you to peddle forward in life. This is how a true Father loves. This love continues even when a Father’s physical body is no longer present because his spirit never stops doing it all.

I could remember when I used to come  by and Uncle Teddy would say hey Jody what are you up to nephew.
