Theresa is preceded in death by her mother Mary Elizabeth Dees Scarlett and her brothers Danny and James Daryl Scarlett.
Theresa is survived by her loving, devoted, faithful husband of 39 years Jeffery Dean Shepherd and by her loving children Jeremiah Andrew Scarlett, wife Dorothy, Shannon Michelle Gunter, husband Brian, Rebecca Lynn Shepherd, partner Donald, Shannon Rene' Mungia, husband Jesus', Her brothers, Patrick Wayne Auer, Charles Thomas Auer, wife Rebecca, Edward Joseph Auer, Her Daddy Jeremiah Patrick Auer. Theresa and Jeff happily shared and enjoyed 12 Grandchildren as well as 9 Great grandchildren of whom they were so very proud. And she leaves behind many nieces and nephews, cousins and many dear friends who were all very special to her.
Theresa was very loved and rightfully so and will be missed Beyond Words.
A celebration of life for Theresa will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Cr, 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095.
