Thomas Daniel Greer

Thomas (Tom) Daniel Greer, 65, of Humble, Texas, passed away peacefully on Friday June 27, 2014, after a lengthy illness. Survivors include his life partner and sweetheart, Marie McArdle, sons Tom, Jr., Brent, sister Jackie Smith, nephew Jeremy Smith, grandchildren Jaden and Brent II.

Marie’s family was Tom’s extended family, and survivors include: Santos Sotello, Carol Jones, and her children Chris, Kristyn, and Brandon, her grandchildren, Anthony, Sofia, Zoey, Lyla, Preston, Camryn, Kaiden, and Nick, close friends Mike Jansen and Jake Galvan. Many other loved friends and family will cherish his memory.

The family would like to thank Kindred Hospital Town and Country staff who provided constant care to our loved one.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 1, from 6 – 8 PM, at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive with services Wednesday, July 2, at 12 Noon.

A Navy veteran, having served in Vietnam, burial with full military honors will follow at Houston National Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tom Greer, Jr., Brent Greer, Jeremy Smith, Chris Jones, Brandon Jones, Mike Jansen, and Jake Galvan.
