Dear Margaret, Judy, Janet, and family, I was sad to hear the news about Thomas. I have many fond memories of visiting the House's while growing up. Thomas always entertained me w/TV and games. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always.

Your husband and Dad was one of the most sincere, caring, loving, humble, funny men I've ever known.  He is one of my earliest memories at Aldersgate UMC.  He was so quiet, but when he spoke it was either very profound or it was humorous.  This summer when I got to see them, he still had his fun personality.  My prayers are with you.

I remember meeting Thomas and Margaret House in the Builders Sunday School class at Windcrest UMC. They were always there, sitting near the front, interested in everyone in the class, their children and grandchildren.Thomas was a good man, kind, considerate, and encouraging. He will be greatly missed.

Janet, Judy & Mrs. House:  Dad just shared the news with me this morning.  It's never easy, but know that he is with the Lord.  He was a good man.  I remember many a visit at your house growing up.  My mom and dad loved playing 42 with your parents.  Dad turned 95 last week, and believe it or not, he still lives alone, with caretakers coming in the mornings.
