I got to know Tom in the 70s when hanging out with Mark. I was impressed by how he treated even the scruffiest long-haired teenager (that was us, mark!) with a gentle respect. He sure loved and adored his kids. Such a good man.

My father (Donald F. Williford) met Tom Mabry at A&M and the were fast friends for life. I believe that Daddy met my mother through Tom. He spoke so highly of Tom and loved him dearly. Daddy died Oct 31, 2017, mom (Teresa Williford) followed 7 mos later.

We are so sorry for your loss, but aren't we all lucky to have had such wonderful people to guide our us through life?

Prayers to the family. Tom and Daddy are together again - I like the thought of that.
