"Tita" Ofelia Reyes

“Tita” was a beautiful woman with a passion for life. Her heart was full of love for her daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family. She loved being surrounded by all her loved ones and lived 89 years of happiness next to all of them. She radiated so much energy with her unforgettable laugh and sense of humor. She loved traveling on cruises, going to casinos, listening to her favorite songs, and just enjoying life to the fullest. She was always so elegant, full of charm and glamour and for all these memories she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Honorio Arcila and Hercilia Pelaez, her children, Luis Alberto Reyes, Myriam Reyes, James Reyes, and her siblings, Carmen Arcila, Camila Arcila, Carlos Arcila, Arturo Arcila, Jesus Arcila, Eduardo Arcila, Honorio Arcila, and Dolores Arcila.

“Tita” is survived by her husband, Manuel Reyes, her daughters, Sildana Giron Reyes, Amparo Rangel Reyes, Rubiela Toro Reyes, her grandchildren, John Fernando Giron, Edwin Rangel, Ivan Fernando Giron, Katherine Rangel Barrera, Carlos Andres Ramirez, Luis Eduardo Ramirez, her great grandchildren, Paola Andrea Giron, Bryan Rangel, Andres Fernando Giron, Johanna Fernanda Giron, Christian Alexander Giron, Giancarlo Barrera, Giovanni Giron, Andre Rangel, Alexys Giron, and her sons -in-law, Fernando Giron, Luis Alfonso Rangel, Luis Eduardo Ramirez and Oscar Toro.

Maria Ofelia "Tita" Arcila Reyes, 89 años, falleció el 05 de Junio del 2012 en Katy, Texas.

“Tita” era una mujer hermosa con una pasión por la vida. Su corazón estaba lleno de amor por sus hijas, nietos, bisnietos y familia extendida. Amaba estar rodeada de todos sus seres queridos y vivió 89 años de felicidad junto a todos ellos. Ella irradiaba tanta energía con su risa inolvidable y sentido del humor. Ella amaba viajar en cruceros, ir a casinos, escuchar sus canciones favoritas y simplemente disfrutar de la vida al máximo. Ella siempre fue tan elegante y llena de encanto y glamour y por todos estos recuerdos sera profundamente extrañada por su familia y amigos.

Ella fue precedida por la muerte de sus padres, Honorio Arcila y Hercilia Pelaez, sus hijos, Luis Alberto Reyes, Myriam Reyes, James Reyes, y sus hermanos, Carmen Arcila, Camila Arcila, Carlos Arcila, Arturo Arcila, Jesus Arcila, Eduardo Arcila, Honorio Arcila, y Dolores Arcila.

A la “Tita” le sobreviven su esposo, Manuel Reyes, sus hijas, Sildana Reyes Giron, Amparo Reyes Rangel, Rubiela Reyes Toro, sus nietos, John Fernando Giron, Edwin Rangel, Ivan Fernando Giron, Katherine Rangel Barrera, Carlos Andres Ramirez, Luis Eduardo Ramirez, sus bisnietos, Paola Andrea Giron, Bryan Rangel, Andrés Fernando Giron, Johanna Fernanda Giron, Christian Alexander Giron, Giancarlo Barrera, Giovanni Giron, Andre Rangel, Alexys Giron y sus yernos Fernando Giron, Luis Alfonso Rangel, Luis Eduardo Ramirez y Oscar Toro.
