My brother Tomas would call me at 6 a.m. and tell me to come over I'm hungry. Priscilla's outside with the puppies.

Tomas would tell Tonya make me some beans and she'd say I'm not cooking beans for anyone.

I remember every time we visited Hey hey or went out to eat with him when he saw my wedding ring he'd always pick his hand up and cover his face and say it's so shiny. 

A few years ago not too long after Hey hey got shingles I got Shingles too at 22. When I told him he was sooo happy I got shingles too because he had someone else to talk about shingles with and relate to.

Hey hey would always say he liked me going out to eat with them because I ate slow just like him. We would both take our time eating.

Hey hey loved our dogs Waffles, Sam, & Blondie. He would say Pepper was a baddd dog. 

He'd say in the winter he made sure he'd give Shotgun a lot of wet dog food and dry dog food to fatten him up. He loved his boy.

We miss you Hey hey.

My uncle heyhey was really smart and outgoing. When me and Priscilla came over for his birthday to take him out to eat at Sudie's Catfish House. We told heyhey to get whatever he wanted and he said he wanted a banana pudding for his cake and when he got the banana pudding he did not want to share it with Grandma. He ate it all by himself and he kept saying mmmmmmmmmmm it was so good.

I remember my uncle heyhey when I was growing up he would pick me up at cage elementary in his bicycle and put me in the basket and say where do you want to go out to eat. He would take me to Jack in the box, McDonald's or Popeyes and then we would go home.

I remember one day I came over to uncle's house to take him out to eat and I was in a Dodge charger. Uncle heyhey said that car is from fast and the furious. He got in the charger and by the time we got to the freeway I asked him do you want to see how fast it goes he said yes so I gunned it and he was smiling and laughing saying that this car goes too fast you almost gave me a heart attack. Love you hey hey you will be missed.

Hey hey was an amazing Uncle. He did so much for us. Growing up he had a crazy amount of animals. He loved all of his nieces and nephews. He would give us money, take us out to eat. He made sure that every single kid had a birthday cake even if we didn’t have a party. He took care of the houses and the yards. He talked to everyone he met. He was a strong loving man and always put his family first. He loved seeing us smile and tried to be at all of our events growing up. He would take his great great nieces and nephews riding on his scooter around the block. He helped with Grandpa Robert the best that he could. He talked to my dad even with all the issues my dad had.  Thank you for being there in our lives. You will be missed

I remember back in hs coming over to see the family. Hey hey would be outside always working, keeping the houses nice and helping friends with their yards and property.  Listening to Country or Mexican  music and sitting on the front porch. Ever since the boys were little he would take the boys on his scooter around the neighborhood and show them off.  He would pick up my sons from their school in his scooter and take them to go eat.  He loved his family and we loved him. He will be missed

On March 11, 2013 Aiden Reyes was born and once again Uncle Thomas was  at the hospital to visit the new member of the family. Uncle Thomas love to gives hugs to (Aiden) to get him mad . Aiden like to go out to eat with Uncle and the family . uncle also wanted Aiden to sit need to him Aiden would sometimes not all the time .  Uncle Thomas would said that he love both of his boys (Jeremiah, Aiden Reyes) He will be truly missed  Love your family 

I also remember when my Uncle Tomas went to the hospital on December 4, 2009 to visit his great great nephew that was not born yet, at Saint Joseph hospital. He told me that he put on his coat and gloves and hat and also his scarf to head to bus. He said it was raining and lots of snow coming down . He waited to see his great great nephew and call him snowman  just because it was snowing. Thomas called Jeremiah “ his little White Boy” because of the snow and how light he was.  Uncle Thomas will surely be missed by the family. 

I remember when my uncle Tomas used to take (Dora)me and my brother (Robert) every other weekend on the metro bus to head to downtown to go shopping. And then after that he used to take us to go eat  hamburger and fries at some bar downtown, also giving us quarters to play pin balls game . Then called my mother to pick us .  There are a lots of good memories of my uncleTomas.                                   You are going to be missed very much  love your niece Dora Rosa 

My uncle Thomas was also known as Heyhey. Everytime I come to the house I always yell out HeeeyHeeeey and he yells back. I'm going to miss that the most. And growing up and til the day he passed he also puts his hand in a fit, meaning two things. Keep your money tight and stay strong. And I will continue to do this. Heyhey you will alway be love and I miss you so much. 

Growing up with my Uncle, we shared many memories. In my childhood, we would ride Metro and go downtown to take care of his errands and grab lunch.  He enjoyed his beer and visiting his friends while I would spend his quarters on pinball. He would treat me to lunch and snacks since they were all day trips.  Later we shared the love of fishing in Galveston. We had good talks and I got lots of advice about growing up. He will be missed by many but his jokes and smiles will be missed the most.
