Tony D. Piña, 87, of Houston, Tx, passed away on November 7, 2018. He was born in Houston, Tx on May 27, 1931 to Simon and Roberta Piña. Tony happily married Margaret H. Piña 65 years ago, they tied the knot on March 1, 1953. Tony was a loving father and grandpa to his two grandsons.

Tony worked for the City of Houston for 35 years as Surveyor, He was a member of the Denver Harbor Senior Center, and had a passion for playing dominos and visiting with friends. He also was a Houston Sports Fan; he loved the Houston Astros, Houston Texans, and the Houston Rockets.

The Family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Brookside Funeral Home in the Family Chapel, and a Funeral Service at 10:00am on Monday, November 12, 2018 in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039, followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.

I thank God that I had precious times memories when we had gatherings and he was there with a beautiful smile that smile that lighting up a room he will be surely missed and I pray for the family . God will give them strength peace in their heart and know that he's always going to be with y'all in the spirit..
