Towell West Jr.

Towell West Jr., 95, entered eternal rest on December 23, 2020 in Conroe, Texas. He was born on August 21, 1925 in Dallas, Texas to Towell and Elizabeth West, Sr. Towell served in the US Coast Guard and later worked for SWBT for 30 years, then he became a Business Owner. In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf.

Towell is preceded in death by his dad Towell West Sr., mother Elizabeth, 6 brothers, 1 sister, and his precious wife Leona. Left to cherish his loving memory daughters: Jewell Britt and husband Virgil, Janice Cantrell and husband Don; sons: James West and wife Arrie, Kirk West and wife Maggie; grandchildren: Kristy Hubing, Matt Hubing, Stacey Backhus, Jeff Backhus, Shawna Morgan, Timothy West, Sara West, Patrick West, Scott Cantrell, Kim Cantrell, Heather Cantrell, Caitlin Matthews, Josh Matthews, Zachary West, Jeremy Pierson, Megan Brown, Justin Brown, Haley Bryd, Robert Bryd, Justin Dismuke, Rebecca Dismuke, Kenneth Dismuke, Meghan Dismuke, Megan Dismuke; great grandchildren: Emily Abbott, Chloe Abbott, Alexander Ensey, Nicholas Ensey, Brooklyn Backhus, Ashlynn Backhus, Adam Lipnicki, Austin West, MaKayla West, Brooklyn West, Blaze West, Felicity Dismuke, Breanna Hankey, Gracie Vaughn, Callie Morgan, Lauren Wilson, Jaxson Matthews, McKenzie Matthews, Barhett Matthews, Jaidyn Pierson, Keylie Pierson, Christopher Brown, Emily Brown, Chanel Velasquez, Ashley Cantrell, Josh Cantrell, Tyler White, Katie Cantrell, Sally Fralix, Brodie Fralix; great-great grandchildren: McKenzie Fleming, Levi Fleming, Aurora Dearinger, Jaxon Dearinger, Aubree White, Ashton White, Anniston White; 2 sisters Maxine Bean and Joann Quinnett.

Visitation for family and friends will begin on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1PM with the funeral service beginning promptly at 2:30PM. Services will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77039. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park immediately after the funeral service.
