Ursella Monique Sam-Kendrick

born to Hillman and Dorothy Sam. Blossoming into a beautiful, spirited child, she was blessed

with a loving family, sister Dametrious Tolbert, Jacob Sam, and Donovan Sam.

Ursella was a 1990 graduate of Kashmere High School and attended Grace Church-Humble and

Lakewood Church. Her favorite color was purple.

She married Mr. Fredrick Kendrick, and to this union Fredrick Kendrick, Jr. and Katelynn

Kendrick were born.

Ursella leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Fredrick Kendrick, Sr.; children Fredrick and

Katelynn Kendrick; parents Hillman and Dorothy Sam; mother-in-law Delores Kendrick;

father-in-law Danger (Carolyn) Kendrick; siblings Dametrious (Kevin) Tolbert, Jacob (Sherika)

Sam, and Donovan Sam, sister-in-law Yolanda Kendrick; and a host of nieces, nephews,

great-nephew, aunts, uncles, other relatives and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother Hillman Sam, Jr., grandparents Preston Sam, Sr. and Mary

Sam, Harrison Pickney and Irene Pickney, aunts and uncles Joseph Sam, Gerald Pickney and

Yvonne Eskridge.
