I played softball with and against George for many years in the HCSSL. He was always humble and truly a man of great character.
My condolences to the family.

Uncle George was an amazing man. He fought in World War II in the European Theatre. After returning home he worked for Southwestern Bell till his retirement. During his time there he earned an engineering degree and a law degree from SMU. He loved playing golf and especially senior softball where he was recently indoctrinated into the Senior Softball Hall of Fame. A very interesting man to talk to. Uncle George you will be missed.
