Veareny was born in Monterrey, Mexico on November 16, 1980 to parents Cesar Deciga and Evelia Balderas. She graduated from Galena Park High School. She met the love of her life, Joey Villanueva, in Houston, Texas, and they were married on November 12, 2011. Veareny was a housewife and raised four children. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and was passionate about caring for her children, two sons and two daughters.
She is survived by her husband, Joey Villanueva; sons, Joey Villanueva II and Josh Villanueva; daughters, Crystal Gonzalez and Gladys Villanueva; granddaughter, Elena Gonzalez; father, Cesar Deciga; mother, Evelia Deciga; brothers, Cesar A. Deciga and Juilio Deciga; and sister, Briceidy Deciga.
