Vernon J. Wade, 82, of Hensley, AR passed away October 17, 2010 in Houston, TX. He was a proud US Navy Veteran, served as a 32 degree Mason, and was the president of the Houston Branch NALC for over 20 years. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 62 ½ years, Marion Wade; son, Vernon J. Wade, Jr. and wife Pam; daughter, Carolin Clark and husband Nelson; grandson, Alex Clark; brother, Edward Wade (Sheridan, AR); faithful four legged companion, Heidi. Family will receive friends at 1pm, Wednesday, October 20th in Brookside Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will follow at 2pm in Brookside Memorial Park.
