Vicki was a loving and devoted wife and daughter. She loved to inspire everyone she touched. She enjoyed her hobbies of homemaking and spending time with all of her cats.
Vicki is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Tisha Marie.
Vicki is survived by her loving husband, Steven Weber; parents, Billie and Fred Long; brothers, Lee Maddox, and Sammy Maddox; nephew, Fredric Maddox; niece, Paula Denise Vaughn and loving children(cats), Ash, Mittens, Spice, Prince, and Funny Face.
