

Noble Victor Okwuoma Eke, 85 years old, of Ndimbara Obodo Amaimo in Ikeduru LGA Imo State Nigeria, passed away on Friday July 18, 2025, in Houston Texas, USA.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Saturday September 6th at St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church Garland TX. with the Rev. Joseph Mehan, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at his compound in Umuduru Ndimbara, Obodo Amaimo in Ikeduru LGA of Imo State on December 30th, 2025.
Noble Victor O. Eke was born in Umuduru Ndimbara Obodo Amaimo Ikeduru LGA, Imo State Nigeria to Chief and Lolo Frederick O. Ekenta on Nov. 25, 1939. He went to Amaimo high secondary school. He married Nneoma Theresa Ewenkechinyere Eke on October 26th, 1969, at St Columba’s Catholic Parish Amaimo. He worked as a civil servant for Office of the Auditor General Imo State Nigeria for 35 years. He was a veteran of Nigerian civil war and served in the Army during the war. He was a member of the Knights of St. John international 422 commandery Owerri Imo State and was involved in other religious and civil organizations including the Catholic Men Organization, Charismatic Renewal Ministry, and Opus Dei Religious Organization. He received several honors and awards while service in these organizations.
Noble Victor O. Eke is survived by his wife Nneoma Theresa E. Eke, his children Lilian Elegonye, Ikechukwu Eke, Paschal Eke, Joy Eke, Kingsley Eke, Joseph Ekenta, 9 grandchildren, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and a host of other relatives.
