Vilma Noemi Abril was born March 6, 1967 in El Tumbador, San Marcos. She was raised in Aldea El Cielo by her maternal grandparents. Noemi went to be with the Lord on July 2, 2014 after a battle with breast cancer for the second time. She passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family. Noemi was a hard working woman who enjoyed a good cup of coffee with pan dulce. She was a positive influence in the lives of many people. Noemi leaves behind many dear friends and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Jorge Abril, and her parents, Everildo and Graciela. She was a loving mother to her 3 daughters, Monica, Karla, and Jaqueline; an adoring sister to Esvelyn, Patricia, Faviola, Giovanny, Freddy, and Ivan; and a proud grandmother of Khloe and dear wife of Gonzalo. A service will be held on Saturday July 19th at 10:00 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home 12800 Westhieimer Road Houston, Texas 77077. White attire required.
