A visitation for Vinh will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 6, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park.
