Virginia Ann Ramirez, was born December 24th, 1958 and was the youngest sibling in her family. She would have been 61 in December of this year and her birthday was one of her favorite things to celebrate; she loved the holidays. Her last heart beat was at 3pm April 17th at 3pm and she passed with her daughter Pamela by her side, along with her brother Frank and Pam’s husband Max.
Virginia was a native Houstonian who loved all things Astros, Rockets, and especially her Texans. The light of her eyes was her granddaughter London Mejia; she loved visits with her. Virginia also loved music and really loved and had a passion for playing one of her many guitars. Her heart was a giving one that is now at peace. She is preceded in death by father Ponsiano Ramirez, mother Anita Espinoza, and brothers Robert, Johnny and Manuel Ramirez. She is survived by her daughter Pamela Mejia (Max), granddaughter London Mejia, sister Connie Schnaubelt, brothers Frank (Beverly), Ervin, Steve, Charles (Sandy) and Poncho (Rita) Ramirez. She was an Army veteran and will be laid to rest at the Houston National Cemetery for Veterans at a later date. Her memorial service is Monday the 22nd, 10:30 am at Brookside Funeral Home at Lauder Road. The family thanks everyone for their continued love and support.
