Bob, I am so sorry for your loss.  I am so sorry that I was unable to attend her service too.  Ginny was always so much fun to work with and I valued her friendship for many years. The Continental years and The Continental family were the best! Sending my condolences to you and your family.

Bob, I was so sorry to see that Ginny had died.  She was a sweet lady married to a good man.  Though there were just a handful of times that I spent any time with her, a few football games and a few other events, I knew you two made a good pair.  I am thankful that you were both able to celebrate a fiftieth wedding anniversary together.  I just picked up a paper and I always read the obituaries and was shocked to see that she had died.  I just wanted you to know that I think about you guys, Brian and Kevin and their families and I remember good times we shared not so long ago.  You and Ginny raised a beautiful loving family and it takes beautiful (and handsome-ha!-inside and outside) loving people like you two to do such a good job of it.  I have always envied you and your family.  I know a close family when I see one because my family was very close.  Though I wish Ginny could have lived longer for you and your family's sake, she was a blessing and part of the bigger blessing of the entire family that resulted from your marriage and the journey and history you both were able to make together.  You are still one of the few treasured friends I have met in my life and the pain of your loss is shared by me and the many, many friends you both have made.  That fact may not make it less painful but hopefully it will make it slightly easier to bear and accept and to be thankful for the life you had together.
